Little Sis
I’m the youngest of the sisters and the baby of the 12 siblings. I’m a 23-year-old, stay-at-home wife and mom of two. My hobbies include picking up after small children (Middle Sis says that’s not a real hobby), cooking, cleaning and occasionally fishing a piece of my 4-year old’s Legos out of my 9-month-old daughter’s mouth!
However, my real passion is my home bakery. My journey with that has been a wild one and I am progressing more and more every week! It’s exciting and I can’t wait until the day when I have to upgrade to a store front!
Being the youngest of 12, I had a unique set of privileges, as well as struggles. My oldest siblings would say a big privilege is that I was spoiled. From my perspective, however, that wasn’t quite the case. Navigating my young life while dealing with depression and anxiety definitely doesn’t feel like a spoil. I still struggle with those things on a daily basis. I am very grateful to my husband who is incredibly supportive and understanding with all my ups and downs.
I’m not a very “connect with me” kind of person, so I didn’t think to put my struggles here at first. But realizing that this is the point of this blog, I edited my intro to give more information about me. Stay tuned for more as I go through this learning curve to try to be more personable and open as a human, mom and friend.
